Shipping policy

1. Order fulfillment

Shipping is arranged after payment has been received, within a timeframe agreed individually with the customer. Each painting is carefully packed to ensure protection against damage during transport.

2. Shipping terms by destination

Poland — free shipping; the delivery timeframe is agreed individually with the customer

Europe and the United Kingdom — shipping available for an additional fee provided at the time of order; the delivery timeframe is agreed individually with the customer

Other countries worldwide — shipping available for an additional fee provided at the time of order; the delivery timeframe is agreed individually with the customer; additional customs duties and import charges may apply in accordance with the regulations of the destination country — these costs are borne solely by the Buyer

The time needed to prepare an order is up to 7 business days. The customer is informed each time when the painting will be ready for shipment.

3. Responsibility for delivery

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or customs clearance. If the shipment is damaged during transport, the Buyer should prepare a damage report with the courier and contact the Seller without delay.

4. International returns

In the case of international returns, all shipping costs and customs charges are borne by the Buyer.
